Jackie is hiring for character, cleanliness, and craft.

Iced Out Barbershop is hiring full-time licensed barbers for its Las Vegas shops. Founded by Jackie Starr in 2004, Iced Out is built on exceptional customer service, clean work, professional presentation, and a respectful shop culture.

This role is for barbers who can deliver cuts, fades, beard work, lineups, shaves, and detail-focused service while protecting the polished Iced Out experience at every chair.

Craft and service

  • Deliver cuts, fades, tapers, lineups, beard trims, shaves, and detail work.
  • Create a memorable Iced Out experience with every client you serve.
  • Recommend Iced Out products when they fit the customer's look and routine.

Cleanliness and presentation

  • Show up neat, polished, and ready to represent the Iced Out name.
  • Sanitize tools and station areas before and after each client.
  • Keep your station stocked, swept, wiped down, and client-ready throughout the day.

Respect and communication

  • Respect clients, barbers, stations, and the shared shop environment.
  • Communicate clearly with the owner or manager when something needs attention.
  • Bring reliable, team-first energy without drama on the shop floor.
